county council is legally obliged to protect and assert your rights to
use the Rights of Way network and to update the Definitive Map and
Statement (the legal record of Rights of Way for the county)
Access the DCC Web Site for Rights of Way Mapping Rights of WayDCC have a mapping portal that will show the Definitive Map of Rights of Way The Public Rights of Way can be found in the 'Environment' Section. Information on individual routes can be found by using the 'info' (i) tool at the bottom of the map. The site currently contains the Public Rights of Way for the following Districts: Bolsover, South Derbyshire, Erewash and North East Derbyshire.
